Hello: i would recommend you contact a Nutrional company specializing

in nutrients and ask them this question; these are professionals who

speicalize in Nutrients for children; I am not a professional.

I can tell you I would give 50 mgs. a day until you see improvemnt;

and then if improvemetn; continue with the 50 mgs. a day AND most

improtantly ADD Thiamine rich foods such as Citrus fruit; like

Oranges. Thiamin also found in Melons; esp. cantaloupe;Brwonrice;

also found in Oatmeal

When you do The Thiamine B1 with thiamine rich foods you increase the

acitivy of the Thiamine B1; this is what you want;

it would talke atleast three months of Thiamien Vit. B1 to improve

mucles tone; but energy levels can be helped immediately; REMEMBER

this is not a protocol YOU MUST ASK YOUR DOCOTR IS 50 mgs thiamine Ok

(you can add A vitamin B-Complex pill; OR you can do B1 singly; what

you could do is buy A VITMAIN B-COMPLEX CAPSULE with 50 mgs. Thiamine;

WHAT i SUGGEST IS; go to your pharmacy AND ASK FOR B-COMPLEX FOR KIDS

ALL B-COMPLEX HAVE THIAMINE; 10 MGS. A DAY IS ADEUATE if nothing else.
