Guest guest
Forgot to add Arnica is rarely used as an internal herbal remedy because it can cause dizziness, tremors, and heart irregularities. It may also irritate mucous membranes and cause vomiting. Arnica should only be used internally under the supervision of a professional clinician who understands the risks and benefits of this herb. Homeopathic remedies, which use minute amounts of their herbal ingredients, do not generally carry these risks. Suzi What is a weed? Guest guest
This is true, and I didn't think of using Arnica gel or cream in this instance. I still don't think it's the proper remedy. I've never seen homeopathic remedies in any other base than some sort of sugar. Even the liquid LM potencies start out with a sugar pellet dissolved in water. But as I said, the amount of sugar in a proper dose is miniscule. Sharyn From: sarahlovell@... [mailto:sarahlovell@...] Correct me if I'm wrong, but I also thought that arnica as an HERB (not the homeopathic remedy preparation) was to be very carefully taken if internally...I believe it can be poisonous internally. Is this not the truth? I always have used the arnica in an oil or cream preparation....massaged onto the area with pain or bruising. No virus found in this outgoing message.
