Well, let's see.. the chicken and bread should have waited a day or two..crackers would have been a better choice... Was the salad veggies? or fruit?... combining veggies with citrus type fruit probably added some... Try just some veggies, and yes you can do some juicing ... so tomorrow try some apples, carrots, a salad.. but go light, several small meals... raw or lightly steamed.. sarahlovell@... wrote: Suzi, I'm drinking almost MORE fluids than I was when I was juicing. My thirst returned and I'm just drinking my normal water with lemon. I was juicing with 50/50 diluted grapefruit/lemon/orange juice and yesterday evening had a pear, an oranage and little salad (and i DID have some bread and a couple bites of chicken..ack)Today, I've had only salad so far, and lots of water. My stomach has been too cramped, and it even feels like my colon is cramping. (much like the cramps that one gets when they are in process of an enema and have been massaging it to get the water deeper)I'm wondering if I should go back to juicing for a few more days?> > Hello Folks,> > My apologies, as this might be a bit graphic. > > I finished my cleanse yesterday, and have gone to veggies and some > fruit today. No, but I would go towards the veggies instead of fruit... and if apple carrot.... eat an apple or carrot now and then... maybe for dinner or lunch, have a salad with greens, carrots, celery, cukes, etc.. sarahlovell@... wrote:

Salad was veggies. I knew the chicken and bread should have waited. It was the only thing that I was craving, besides Water. Would going back to just juice and water for a few days be a bad idea?--- In health , Suzanne

Hi Anne,

You might consider that, you also might consider drinking a cup or two

of ginger tea or red raspberry leaf tea. A cup or so of some black tea

will also help. Also, eat some ripe peaches. They will help stem

diarrhea. I am not saying that your diarrhea is a bad thing. As long as

you continue to drink copious amounts of fluids you won't go into

dehydration mode. Cayenne, slippery elm or marshmallow can also be very

effective. This might be an reaction to all the citurs juice you have

been drinking.

Peace be with you Anne. Don't freak. Remain calm. Be in peace.
