I hope you get better soon, Jeanne __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi Helena, Your body uses good fats as energy the best. Fruits are high in sugar and not a good source of energy at all, and they feed candida, and also create insulin resistance. Have good fats like coconut oil, butter, tallow, lard, etc. - which are packed with energy, yet do not create body fat, along with lots of good protein. After you are sick eggs are great - I make a raw egg drink twice a day. Bee

Guest guest
Last week my son had a stomach virus. He had it for 2 days. During this time he wasn't stimmy and his OCD was no more! Does this mean alot of his OCD problems and stims might be old viruses? Before he got the virus he had a sinus infection and the stims were awful. It was so amazing watching him! He was so normal. Now he's back to his old self. He won't stop drinking either and looks really bloated. Thanks Amy

He won't stop drinking either and looks really bloated. Give anti-fungal, I used biotin and GSE. Do you give vitamin C and lysine? Those worked great at my house at eliminating old viruses and preventing new ones. OLE works well also, but even so, the vitamin C and lysine were required.
