As most diabetics if not all, are magnesium deficient to some degree. Everything I have read or heard of talks about the beneficial effects of epsom salts in the bath or taking internally. They are used to help reduce insulin resistance. I can find no conclusive reference to epsom salts being contraindicated in diabetics. Matter of fact, I haven't found any yet. Would you mind terribly, sharing the info you have come across?
