Guest guest
Don, Wow, I had no idea. I was taking the cayenne in my drink the first couple of days, but was having trouble getting much of any juice down that way and felt hungry all the time. This cleanse was different than any others I have been on in my life (and I have been on several; childhood on up. My mom went to Dr. 's health lectures so we got to try quite a few 'interesting' things-like Pluto Water) The thing that was different is that on all other cleanses, after the third day, I was no longer 'hungry' all the time. On this cleanse I was hungry from day 1 all the way until the end. I am not sure what this indicates (if anything) I wonder if it has to do with me being diabetic this time around. I do feel like I did a lot of good on my cleanse. It was not what I had hoped (having to quit early) but all in all I think it was positive. I will try what you suggested about the cayenne. I never thought about that being a problem. My hubby, who went on the cleanse with me, and is starting his OJ tomorrow, took the capsules too, but he never complained about stomach problems. My stomach was just more sensitive I guess. Hey, could I take a little bit in my lemon juice and then take a capusule if I am unable to work up to the 'full' amount?
