Hi - my 10mo old baby boy's porphyrin test came back indicating " moderate

mercury

toxicity " . I tested him because I found out my 9yr old has high mercury (after

d/x Aspergers

ADD inattentive) and my 5yr old is even more toxic; he has no d/x but seems very

high

functioning ASD to me - OK with academics (great memory and reading) but has all

the

symptoms like leaky gut/high igG allergies, yeast, some sensory/coordination

issues, mood

swings, mild problems with responsive speech, constipation. And well yes I have

high

mercury too. Boys and I will be doing IV chelation but what about the baby?

He's been a good baby in terms of eating and sleeping - the things that concern

me are 1)

constant mouthing/chewing objects and his thumb - I mean all the time; 2) very

active, can't

sit still; 3) skin rash in response to quite a few proteins like egg, chicken;

4) limited

gestures/sounds so far. He's mainly eating rice-based starches, veggies, fruits

but he seems

to be getting slimmer. I need to figure out what protein he can take. He's on

Enfamil and

gets Klaire infant probiotics and a bit of Carlson's fish oil daily as well as

some liquid zinc -

but it isn't helping the constant oral fixation! I've read he may need

magnesium - are there

any forms OK for a baby? And how to check for yeast? He hasn't had any diaper

rash or

thrush problems.

If anyone has any ideas, would love to hear them. Thx!
