Yeast Treatments & Diarrhea

My 2yo is being treated for yeast with biotin, Threelac, Custom

Probiotics, & other yeast fighters as I can do it such as GSE. A

practitioner wants me to try Nystatin on him.

He has chronic diarrhea. Every poop is diarrhea & has been for months.

It never improves. In fact, it even gets worse at times.

Is this just die off & to be expected for a long time, until

things " heal up " ? Or is there something not working & I should re-

evaluate his protocol?
