Just slowly add the water until it forms a paste. You can use hot or cold water. Take 1/2 to 1 pint of this one to three times per day. It is very healing to inflamed surfaces such as your ulcerated digestive system. It is also strengthening and soothing too. Whoeeeee, 30, whew. Trying for the Guiness Book of Records? LOL Yes, you really should cut way down or better yet, altogether. I highly suspect that you have some very exhausted adrenals as well. You might also consider ashwaganda, licorice, parsley root/leaf, ginseng etc. for helping to rejuvenate your adrenals. I am sure that Kit will have an excellent adrenal building/rejuvenating tea and some really good insight into food choices that will be of great benefit for the resurrection. It is good that you have a high pain threshold but why suffer if you don't need to. Begin the elimination of caffeine project and we will all see what we can do to assist you in removing the pain and healing your digestive system. Okay? Peace be with you Toni and I am glad you enjoy being here. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. You are very welcome Toni and I am glad that you and Kit are working on the adrenals. Very excellent. Yes a pint. You have to believe that it will help Toni. Otherwise, well........There could be far worse things to be drinking! LOL Right off hand though, I can't think of anything except maybe boiled railroad cinders or something like that. Peace be with you Toni. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
