I saw myself in white pants and a bright red and white top looking slim and fit. The affirmations I did every night as I was about to fall asleep and I visualized myself looking like that as I did. The strange thing is, that a few months later I was wearing a top just like that when my ex-husband said he wanted to come back to us. I was slim and pretty and fit. lol. I said NO to him. The visualisation is similar to the "movie" scenario that Craig recommends when doing EFT. That is a great tool. You can get 3 free cd's with showing how it works with Vietnam Vets to free them from their awful memories. It really worked for me. It's similar to the book. At the moment I'm trying to find the trigger to heal myself. There's something buried in my subconscious that I have to discover. Oh I didn't mean "heal myself" but to accept the healing from God.
