A couple of questions - DMSA/ALA effects

Hello,

We are on our 2nd round of DMSA/ALA, every 3 hours during the day,

every 4 hours at night at 12.5mg for both.

1) I'm using Kirkman's ALA - I know this sounds crazy but is it

supposed to have an odor? When I first got it, It sat in my car until

I could get home then I sat it on the counter (room temperature). It

is now in the fridge but I'm wondering if I have damaged it by sitting

it in the car?

2) My daughter has diarrhea that started with chelation; any advice on

what I should give her?

Hi, my son had diarrhea when we first started chelation too. I have

heard the same thing from others and it seems to go away after the

first couple rounds.

Also, ALA and DMSA do smell bad, yes. Your child's urine will also

smell bad because of the sulfur in it from the chelators.
