Alternative parasite supplements

I believe two of my children have parasites right now. We got the doc

to write an RX for vermox but my ins. company insists I get the

generic. The generic contains lactose which my children are

anaphylactic to. They are also highly allergic to nuts which leaves

out natural parasite killers. They already take GSE and MCT oil

daily. What's left for kids who are allergic to the traditional stuff?
