Rash - like terrible eczema but not dry and scaly... ??

Hi all, my little one just completed his second week on B12 shots. He

has had a rash for about a week, that looks like eczema bumps without

the " scale " part - but this is all over him. Is this his body purging

toxins or is it eczema, or allergy? anyone know if this is a normal

reaction to B12? Thanks,
