Methyl B12 nasal spray - what dosage to start with?

I just received the Methyl Mate mB12 nasal spray from New Beginnings.

How much should I start with? My son is 4.5 yrs old and 35 lbs.

Should I start with one squirt a day? or two a day?

My son is non-verbal... am hoping the mB12 spray helps with language.

What is the maximum dosage I can give?

The customer service rep told me two squirts each day, but I just want

to verify with the group here. Not sure if we need two squirts every

day, or maybe we need to go slow?

We have not started our son on the spray yet, but when the doctor

prescribed it he said " Start with one spray in one nostril, every day.

If that is too much, go to one spray every other day " Too much would be

if he gets hyper.

My son is 6 yo and 50lbs.
