Welcome Margaret... I've been gone or I would have answered this sooner..

Complete tonic is under ORGANIC SUPPLEMENTS

Sounds like you're getting your health and diet in order... \

along with complete tonic... think about organic calcium organic iron and MSM for that arthritis

along with your diet changes.

Hello Everyone,I don't think that I have introduced myself to the group. I have been a member for a while now, finding out how much I don't know and wanting to learn more. My name is Margaret. I have been married to Mel for 31 years and we have 2 sons (only one still here for a while). We are grandparents to 2 girls and 1 boy.I really enjoy this group. I have laughed, cried, and learned enough to get really frustated at where to start. I have changed my diet to eating more raw. I have been drinking more water and love it with lemon. My husband got me the Jack LaLanne Juicer and I love it. Oh, Don did you get an Operating Manual with your juicer? If you did in the back of it there was an order form for the extra pieces that the others talk about, at least

there was in mine.I have been looking for a better way to take care of myself and to help my family. I personally have a need to lose weight, have what they say is degerative Arthritis in my knees and high blood pressure.I have never liked coffee, so that is no problem for me. Both Mel and Marcus drink coffee, I was thinking of getting some heral coffe and see if they notice the difference. I drink very little milk. I do like cheese. I have cut down on my bread intack. I have tried to use just butter since reading an article on the Alternative medicine group about knowing your fats (WOW what an eye opener.)I have cut back on drinking soft drinks, going several weeks with out one.I was in the files looking for the total nutrition that has tumeric and could not find it. I would appreciate it if someome could help me get this recipe. I have the Super Tonic and Complete

Nutrition recipes. Well, I will close for now. I thank all of you for your work and dedication to this group.Margaret__________________________________________________

I've got it on my home computer. If I can convince my daughter in CO to send me the hard drives from the computer before she sells it for parts, I'll get it. It could take a while, but I'll let you know when it happens.

And as a matter of fact, I did eat some with a spoon.

Peace, love, laughter

Once upon a time A friend of mine grew many Thai peppers, and I grew an

abundance of Roma tomatoes and some onions. We got an idea we would

make salsa. We didn't pay a lot of attention to ratios or even have a

recipe. That was some toasty salsa.

I'd like to see that recipe also. If I ever had it, it would be a

couple computer crashes, computers and OS's ago, it's long gone here.
