4th rounds pink nose and cheek question

Ok we are in the middle of round four. Seems my son shows reactions to

things most by getting a red nose and cheeks. None of his supplements

have changed but just like last round at about mid way he has red

cheeks and nose. This didn't happen with just the DMSA ( first 2

rounds ) Maybe its a coincidence that its been since ALA? Not looking

to stop ALA just wondering if Anyone knows what it could be. He is a

bit hyper today ( fidgety ) not sleeping as well but doing great in ABA

therapy etc. Seems happy maybe a tiny bit more tired on rounds. His

blood ferritin test came back very low. Natural ways to up iron intake

absorption? Dont want to give iron supplements AT ALL. Thanks : )

Oh ya he is on very low dose of both DMSA and ALA just under 1/8 mg per

pound. Wanted to up it after 6 rounds
