Guest guest
Yeh! I remember 'Back to Eden'. I read it in 1975 and took it with me when I left home. The basil tea for quitting dry heaves worked. The important thing I wanted to bring up was that the author said 'to munch as if you were eating, the things you drink' and 'to drink the food you are eating'. Masticate everything! That way you will begin the process of digestion and absorption. On another note: I was fired yesterday. I pointed out a procedure that was being done incorrectly, dishonestly, and 2 days later I was fired. I guess they didn't want to work that out with me. MY PULSE WAS 80 THE MORNING I WAS FIRED. I think I knew something was headed my way. There was no outer warning it was coming though. THIS MORNING MY PULSE IS 67. 58 is what I am looking for. I am very rested then. The pulse was 72-75 the preceeding week and being a new employee, I was just learning. Well, I have to make choices now. Guest guest
Dear Swan, I appreciate your honesty and am sorry you lost your job. I have had the same experience and years later, people who thought I was " crazy " at the time for doing what was right, have come to me years later to let me know they appreciated my integrity. I know you'll find a job where you can practice your integrity! Meanwhile, I'm glad you brought up the Masticating of food. I know I'm a fast eater and wonder how much of my food is not digesting properly, simply because I skip the first and important step of digesting-chewing! Hope your week improves soon, Le Ann
Guest guest
Warning: The new edited version of 'Back to Eden' which is currently available, is not the same by any means, I have the original edition, and there is a vast difference, -not good.
