Guest guest
i hope this link works, is the same story i believe, rik http://redirx.com/?gm0o i have always wondered about this. i think by cooking everything it just gets worse. then the next thing is the steriods, hormones, and antibiotics in these days animals we eat/drink (milk) are skyrocketing high. i feel this is why people are so sick these day and not to forget the amount we are eating...........the intestense can't even digest it all, and it *can* sit there for ever..........brrrrr,now if we eat the pure raw meats it might be different, but i can't really comment on these things. what i just said is just the way i believe and see things. maybe i am wrong........ rik > > Below is an excerpt from an article in MichNews about why humans are > natural carnivores. So you see the main difference as between additives and cooking as the deciding factor, rather than plant vs. animal food benefits. IOW, raw, organic meat/dairy are as good a food source as raw, organic vegetables/fruit? So the converse must be true too -- genetically modified fruits/veggies (designed to produce foreign steroids or antibiotics) are as deadly as any meat, in fact maybe more so since the genes are more easily manipulated in plants vs. whole/intact animals? Moreover, cooked veggies/fruit are as bad as cooked meat/diary? So the next question would be: who is healthier, the vegan or the animal eater when both kinds are also junk food addicts? Something to consider might be which group has more adrenalin/flight/fight/fear/panic impulses between the two, and what are the long term effects of excess adrenalin?
