Maple syrup is made from sap from the maple tree – that itself would be raw – just the sap – but to make the syrup, you have to boil it at a high temp for hours and hours, which would no longer mean it is raw. Carol ====================== Yes, but if one can obtain the sap prior to boiling then one could evaporate the water off ( using no heat or nothing about say 90 or 95 F. and have a natural raw maple syrup.
