Help!!! REd rash after first day of Candex..... Normal healing or allergy???

Hi, we started our son on Candex last night.

This morning he work up with red patches scattered on his body. One on

face, his back, he tummy, arms. I read that sometimes things get worse

before they get better, but he has not been a red patchy kid before.

so is this things getting worse before they get better, or some sort of

other allergic reaction,,, and what would you do? I did give him his

other dose this morning, but now I am afraid. What if he is allergic?
