Weird BM/ dotty red skin rash

Hello,

My son has been having strange dark brown BMs with chunks of food. They smell

acidic almost like throw up. He also woke up with a dotty red rash starting on

his neck and chest and going down his arms, belly, and back. He was acting like

he had tummy aches a couple days ago, he still seems gasy. Any ideas?

He was in the sun a lot yesterday. Also he fell and has been limping on his

right leg. He seems happy and interactive. At this point no fever.
