Guest guest
Hey all, Since the recipes are going around like wildfire...I figured I'd share some (that I haven't tried mind you, but found....and also a question, is FREEZING bad for enzymes?) We just got a new Whole Foods Market in town and their website (not to mention their foods) is FANTASTIC. I highly suggest checking the whole place out, store, website and especially the recipe section. There's a great suggestion on healthy alternatives and snacks for children and lunches! The recipes are from this site. and will DEF. try them. You can also send in recipes for a " healthy " makeover!! Get them on their website! Enjoy folks!! www.wholefoodsmarket.com Kermit's Dip 1 ripe avocado 1 cup yogurt or 1 cup mashed tofu 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar 1/4 teasspoon Mexican spices, cumin, or oregano 1 tablespoon hot sauce (if you like it) Mash everything together with a fork or put in a blender until smooth. Serve with raw carrots, celery, cauliflower, or broccoli. Maybe you could stuff small cherry tomatoes with it, too. Instant Banana Pudding Serves 1 1/2 small banana 1/4 cup applesauce 1 tsp plain yogurt Mash banana. Add applesauce and yogurt. Eat!
