As I posted earlier, don't use Selenite, it becomes useless when comes in

contact with vit' C, zinc etc and can be toxic. Really not sure about Selenate,

but by far I've only heard good things from Selenomethionine.

Am using 50mcg of Selenomethionine DROPS, 5/7, which I think is a safe dose,

under my son's circumstances(low-mid arsenic hair test).

He can do pistachio's but that about the only nut he

will eat. we're waiting for the OAT results to come

in. Shoudl be any day now.
