Guest guest
Super tonic pulp will do it... along with taking the tonic every 2 hours.. here are a couple more ideas from the natural herbal remedies file 1oz. Elder flower 1 oz. Eyebright 1 oz. Echinacea herb 1/2 oz. Orange peel 1/2 oz. Dandelion leaf 1/4 oz. Goldenrod To make: Mix all herbs together in a jar. Put 1 tsp. herb in a cup and fill with boiling water. Cover and steep about 20 minutes. Traditionally dosage is 1 cup, 3-4 times a day. You should get relief within a day but continue to take for a number of days if you know when allergies are worst for you (Spring, Fall), you take 3-4 months before that season begins as a preventative. -------For Colds and Flus:Drink 3 cups of cayenne tea daily. 3 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in a vaporizer is good to relieve upper respiratory. For congestion relief, make a tea of fresh parsley, steep the parsley in hot water for a few minutes then sip tea slowly. Drink daily. For breathing problems: eat something spicy, such as eating a chili pepper, whole garlic or gargle with tabasco sauce in a cup of water. -Suzi natural game <mathmasta1111001@...> wrote: Peace to everyone I'm still struggling to get over this cold, and the only thing really affecting me now is my nose.. can anyone help me out with any alternatives to nasal spray, so i can hopefully sleep better at night.?? __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Super tonic pulp is great... and the super tonic formula is easy to make and you can get all ingredients in the store... Check the files under Dr. and Dr. Shulze for formula.. suzinatural game <mathmasta1111001@...> wrote: Thanks Suzi, all of that sounds great. But what if you don't have access to all of those things.? Are there any other simpler, more affordable types of natural, herbal remedies that i can do in the meanwhile.??Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Super tonic pulp will do it... along with taking the tonic every 2 hours.. here are a couple more ideas from the natural herbal remedies file 1oz. Guest guest
I have been using colloidal silver nasal mist (spray) and it works great. Look for Source Naturals Wellness Spray or Soveriegn Silver. They both have 1oz bottles of Nasal spray and both are great. Guest guest
Is the sinus spray for congestion? If so, you can use the dried pulverized pulp of the Super Tonic. If you don't happen to have any, cayenne powder will do in a pinch. And use just a pinch! It'll burn like a son of a gun at first, but definitely clears up the sinuses!!! And don't forget to rinse your nose regularly. Snort some water, use a netti pot (I think they are called), some thing like that. I snort water regularly, just to keep my sinuses clean and clear.
