Guest guest
This combines lettuce and oranges, so I do not know if it is "correct" or not. But it sure is a good combo. 1 head red leaf lettuce, broken into bite sized pieces 2 oranges apple cider vinegar olive oil Put the lettuce in a bowl. Peel the oranges so a little of the pulp comes off with the rind. Cut the oranges into juicy wedges. Take your thumb and squeeze the juice out of the pulp left on the peel. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and add a little vinegar depending on how much juice the oranges have. Toss and enjoy.
