How much MSM is "honey" taking? He is taking way too many drugs - no wonder his system is a mess...

For you remember water and lemon... what are you juicing with?

(41 years, 25 of them in the active duty military, scuba diving, 16 months in a hospital in guam for a broken back and severed sciatic nerve, a broken jaw and a broken neck will really work a number on your health )I'm hoping that this will help get me set to do a Master Cleanse...prepping for my doctor's appointment regarding my possible PCOS. ANYWAY....starting on Friday..wish me luck.

Skin brushing, epsom salt baths, perhaps an enema or two and juice juice juice. Any other suggestions? thoughts? Much love and light, Anne

LOL. " Honey " (since you know what I'd LIKE to call him ), isnt'

taking much. It's an MSM supplement from Trader Joes. I'll check

when I get home late tonight. (LONG day at work, grr)

I KNOW! He's taking so much. I'm worried that his stomach won't be

able to handle this. My stepfather ended up losing 1/3 of his volume

of blood through stomach bleeding, simply because of Coumadin and the

mix of drugs the Dr's had him on after heart surgery! Afraid this

will happen to .

I juiced with citrus last time, and it worked really well. I was

able to drink it without choking . I thought about doing it with

citrus (50/50 with distilled water) again.

Sorry this is so late. I think it got lost in my inbox. :-[

Jeez, what'd they do drop a battle ship on him? Dang. Military hospital

too I bet. Your right about that doing a number on ones health. Lots of

lemon in distilled water can and will help with bone spurs. So will the

juiceing. Sounds like he needs to do a kidney and bowel cleanse though.

Getting him juicing more will help with the GERD as will getting him

eating less mucus forming foods and more alkalinizing ones. I know,

baby steps. Well, we'll take it from there. Doing the juice cleanse

will help him. Probably the best would be apple or carrot or a

combination of both.

If you can go for the 6 days. It really is incredible. Which juice you

going to try for this time? I would suggest you both get lots of sun

but seeing as how you are up north that might not be too feasible.

Do let us know how it either goes or went depending on how late I am.
