Guest guest
I've got my VSL#3, and have been introducing it to my kids (HFA 6yo DS and NT w/issues 4yo DD) The first dose was about 1 hour or so after dinner. Both kids were whiney and tossed and turned that night - complaining of tummy aches. I tried giving it closer to dinner, and I haven't haven't had any complaints. This morning I gave 1 capsule to DS after breakfast (trying to get in more than 1 dose per day) - and he got 'sick' walking out the door this morning (nothing else new or different in morning routine). Now DS is not a 'sensitive' kid. Doctor seems to believe what gut aggravation he has, is primarily due to chronic yeast. Does VSL have this effect on other kids. Is giving it with food good? Thanks - Jenna
