ABC's new comic drama " Eli Stone, " which premieres at 10 tomorrow

night, will start its first episode by reminding the viewing audience

the show is fiction.

The disclaimer, which will run at the opening, refers to a subplot in

which title character Eli Stone, played by Jonny Lee , convinces

a jury that an additive to a children's vaccine may have triggered

autism in the pre-teen son of his client.
