Hi

This has been my experience with ldn thus far:

early May started ldn 4.5 mg at bedtime - about 11 pm - took for 5 days

and barely slept at all - therefore switched to 2.25 mg at bedtime - mid

May - started having blood sugar problems which i incorrectly thought

was related to ldn so stopped it. turns out blood sugar problem was due

to eating too high fat and barely any carbs.

2nd week of June - had to go off anti-inflammatory since it was causing

an ulcer - so started ldn at 1 mg after lunch - to avoid insomnia -

major dizziness and nausea and migraine for 1st 4 days - period began

during this time - then ok - wasn't helping RA much after 2 weeks so

switched to 3 mg at 3 am dosing - set my alarm - as that didn't

interfere with sleep - except for having to wake up to take it -

disturbed mine and my husband's deep sleep

last 10 days - switched to 1 mg dosing at 11 pm as per recommendations

of ppl here - my doc doesn't know what to do with me - and got a massive

migraine - never had these before starting ldn now have had 3 -

especially prone to them during period or after sun exposure - makes me

wonder if ldn is messing with my hormones

In late 02 after taking minocin for 3 years to successfully put RA in

remission, came down with horrible nausea dizziness fatigue. These

symptoms are recurring since ldn - could that mean ldn is causing

candida to flare?

Not sure what to believe. Ldn even at 1 mg lessens pain of RA so really

want to make this work. Am wondering if others have experienced these

symptoms and they eventually will go away if I hang in there?

Thanks
