Guest guest Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 I have learned that this Latino food shop has very good reputation and recommendations on-line.Their food it not organic but natural as they claim.I don`t need liver bc I have it from farmers who supply us with grass fed meat but I need other inner parts. I used to eat inner parts of lamb in my home country in Central Asia. We usually made stew from all chopped inner parts like kidneys, liver, heart, stomach and little bit potato in lamb fat. I would like to eat it again without potato.It is very testy and nutritions. My ancestors are semi-nomads with high skilled cattle breading traditions. They didn`t ate much grains except some millet and probably backweat. They eat close to our diet now: meat, fat, milk products and very few vegetables.I suspect that I can`t digest carbs and gluten for a long time because I don`t have enough enzymes for that. Though I always loved bread and ate it 3 times a day but it wasn`t genetically modified.And I didn`t have so much toxins from fast foods and other non-organic foods. I was overhelmed with toxins when i came in Us in 2000. It took me 3 years to understand why I am so sick, allergic and tremble from artificial sugar and other foods.And after antibiotic treatment I got candida infections.But I feel better now on this diet and organic food. My allergies were gone according to test and only intolerances still bother me.I know it is healing reaction and hope it will go away too.
