on an alkaline diet – eat only alkaline foods (do a google

search). Lots of

plant-based digestive enzymes, which will help to empower the immune system.

Lots of raw veggies.

1.

Plant based diet of whole food. (After one becomes well, one can reintroduce

some of the foods from the past and find the levels your body can tolerate.)

2.

5 plant-based enzymes with each meal. Gradually build up, daily, starting with

1 between

meals 4x per day.

Build up to 5. Maintain the 5 level for 3 weeks, then

cut back gradually.

3. Wide-spectrum probiotic,

and Acidophilus, 1 cap twice a day. Build up very gradually, so that within 2

weeks, one is taking a dozen of each.

4.

Wild-crafted blue green algae - 1 cap twice a day; after few days two caps

twice a day.

5. Start second week, build up at level that

works.

6.

Star second week - douches with acidophilus - 8 caps, mixed in 1/2 cup retain

for at least 30 minutes. Daily, initially.

7.

Drink 1/2 glass of pure (not tap), warm, water, every hour or so.

8.

Have twice daily a green juice on empty stomach - made from celery, zucchini, cucumber, a little carrot(or apple), with a little

parsley and spinach.

9.

Energy Soup - start with as one meal, gradually build up to three servings (use

only organic).

1 cucumber organic

1 cup spinach

4 stalks celery

1 apple - chopped (or kernels from 1/2 ear

of corn)

1 avocado

4 caps of wild-crafted blue green algae

2 caps of wide-spectrum probiotic

5 caps of plant-based enzymes

Blend

to cream. add a tablespoon of dulce

or 1 tsp. kelp. Eat slowly.

10.

Do rebounder or trampoline - 5 minutes, gradually

increase the time.

11.

Every day say “I am getting better " - repeat 8 times in a row, 3x

per day.

12.

Lay down, Practice deep relaxation, visualize the pain and or irritation area

shrink to a small spot and disappear.

13.

Acupressure - massage deeply the area between ankles and heel on sides of both

feet. See a good reflexology book.
