Thank you Don,

I was very thankful to get the web site you sent out about Cholesterol. I saw my Dr. yesterday. He told me my Cholesterol was the highest it had been. I refuse to go on any medication because I have been down that road before. I have tried several Cholesterol lower drugs and each time they have messed up my liver enzymes. That is one of the reasons I started looking at alternative medicine.

I was shocked because I have been eating a more raw diet and drinking a lot of water. We have only had meat 1 or 2 times a week and I don't eat a lot of it. I noticed on the web site that it mentioned the body produces it if we don't eat a lot of meat. I will be seeing the Dr. again in three months and plan to go armed with some of this information and a list of web sites.

I was just going over my lab report and I notice that my triglycerides have come down from 368 to 199. The HDL is up from 37 to 49. The LDL is up from 185 to 255, in a years time.

Again, Thank you
