I was shocked because I have been eating a more raw diet and drinking a lot of water. We have only had meat 1 or 2 times a week and I don't eat a lot of it. I noticed on the web site that it mentioned the body produces it if we don't eat a lot of meat. I will be seeing the Dr. again in three months and plan to go armed with some of this information and a list of web sites. I was just going over my lab report and I notice that my triglycerides have come down from 368 to 199. The HDL is up from 37 to 49. The LDL is up from 185 to 255, in a years time.
