Guest guest
Hi Suzi, I'm doing pretty good. Pretty darned good! I sure do drink a lot of teas, all day long. Feel so much better than when I was taking all those meds, tho I went back on the Trazedone last week. It was awfully hard to realize that I hadn't got better enough, because admitting it to myself is admitting I am flawed (which I've known since I was quite small, mind) -- semantics, note; I can word it more positively but that's not how it feels. Been there before many times and I will need to really research the proper herbs before I try it again. (Or have some illegal drugs close by) But my physical health is so good. I am an example to all the chronic sick people I know, and have got a few of them beginning on some herbs and quitting some medications. And, of course, the reasonably healthy ones are " consulting " me and some even follow my recommendations. Wow, what power! I even have a brain again, guess the cognitive dysfunction was a side effect of meds; I can read and do the hard crossword puzzles again. Life is good, thanks so much to youse guys. Believe, it will get better if you continue to work at it. Yes, even cured of it. Peace be with you Janelle and please note, you are not flawed, you are perfect and so is your body. You have just made some not so perfect choices is all. Baby steps Janelle. One step at a time. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
