At my house, the biotin was required for long-term effects. Biotin deficiency was one of the underlying causes for why my son had yeast overgrowth issues in the first place. > I trie adding Virastop with additional Candidases, the yeast was so > bad, I had to stop. Yes, viral die off tends to cause a lot of yeast. So if the viruses are dying off too fast, you can end up with way too much yeast. > We're at 24,ooo mgs Vit C, barely poops every day. I think I need to > find a magensium she can tolerate. Only doing epsum salts. The other > magnesium had " malate " which made her very hyper.Something about > malate chelating aluminum Do you give the vitamin C with carnitine? That was required at my house. And, because vitamin C does pull viruses, it can cause yeast overgrowth, which can be constipating. So even tho high doses of vitamin C generally cause diarrhea, it was constipating here until I increased the yeast protocol. The most C I ever gave was 50,000mg per day. I use magnesium aspartate. > NO SUGARS NONE, no honey, no sugar. SHe needs mucho protien, but I > still can't get her to tolerate any sugars..Virus, or diabetes? But > she is so thin, enzymes, for carbs. We o enzymes with every meal. If you suspect diabetes, try giving her chromium. Sugars do increase yeast, so try the biotin. One of my kids was rail thin until I gave him mito cocktail and EFAs. > > And what about her is " different " ? > The hyperactivity, which is getting better. But this age at 13. Can also be a few other things also. > I'll try her on magnesium, may be she can finally tolerate it. What's > the difference between epsom slts an magnseium? Epsom salts are magnesium that are absorbed thru the skin. I give oral magnesium. Dana
Guest guest
Dana, I tried chromium before re below, but didn't help Do you have any ideas to help my dd tolerate some minimal amount of sugar or honey other than killing yeast, as we've been at the yeast killing aloooong time... We do enzymes, with No Fenol, and she can finally tolerate probioics an S boulardi, still can't tolerate yeast. Hyperacivity has always been a problem. > > > This is probably yeast overgrowth. Guest guest
> Dana, > I tried chromium before re below, but didn't help Then the problem may not be inability to regulate blood sugar. > Do you have any ideas to help my dd tolerate some minimal amount of > sugar or honey other than killing yeast, as we've been at the yeast > killing aloooong time... Is her problem with sugar/honey that she does not tolerate them, or that they increase yeast? Dana
