And not even a great source of calcium, at that! There was just a spot on our local news

the other night – and darn I wish I had gotten this guys name, but it

came on so quick I didn’t have time to get anything to write with –

he was a researcher/scientist who said calcium isn’t all that it’s

cracked up to be. If your kids don’t

like milk, don’t make them drink it – it’s no big deal. He said don’t depend on milk for

your calcium. He said milk probably

won’t hurt you, it just isn’t going to help all that much.

I know I mentioned here before that I improved my bones when

I eliminated dairy from my diet!
