Peace to you too natural game...

One of my very favorite seeds to sprout are pumpkin.

They are so very tasty- YUM and they help kill parasites.

When you purchase raw seeds, it is very unlikely that they have

been sprouted. Most sprouted seeds will say they are on the packaging.

With pumpkin or sunflower seeds, just get a bowl, some filtered water,

and your seeds. Pour enough water over the seeds so that they are

completely

covered. Some might float, thats ok.

Let them soak overnight and in the morning you will have yummy seeds.

Pour out the soaking water, rinse your seeds with fresh water and voila!

they are ready to be enjoyed.

peace
