Guest guest
Peace to you too natural game... One of my very favorite seeds to sprout are pumpkin. They are so very tasty- YUM and they help kill parasites. When you purchase raw seeds, it is very unlikely that they have been sprouted. Most sprouted seeds will say they are on the packaging. With pumpkin or sunflower seeds, just get a bowl, some filtered water, and your seeds. Pour enough water over the seeds so that they are completely covered. Some might float, thats ok. Let them soak overnight and in the morning you will have yummy seeds. Pour out the soaking water, rinse your seeds with fresh water and voila! they are ready to be enjoyed. peace On Feb 11, 2005, at 2:50 PM, health wrote: > > Message: 15 > Date: Fri, 11 Feb 2005 11:40:44 -0800 (PST) > From: natural game <mathmasta1111001@...> > Subject: Unsprouted or Sprouted Seeds?? > > > Peace to everyone, > > I recently bought some raw edible sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. > I Know that it's best for me to eat them while they are sprouted as > opposed to them being unsprouted. > My question is how exactly do you determine if they are in fact > sprouted or not.?? > And if they are unsprouted, what would be the easiest way to sprout > them.>?? > > PEACE Eternally > Natural Game
