which is the best.. i've read about the SCD diet and Bee Wilders diet

(which i now heard is dangerous) and others? I really need some info

on this.. do you have to cut out ALL carbs in any form or what? it's

getting rediculous about the amount of conflicting information.

that is why i'm looking for personal experience now.
