Make a cup of tea - heat the water then when the water is hot... take off the heat and add the herbs... let it steep.. after it cools use . I would make fresh every day...

and it is not a dumb question.Toni <tone102@...> wrote:

Thankyou Suzi, I appreciate it so much. When you say, make into a tea form: does that mean to steep the herbs in water? Sorry for the dumb question but this is so new to me.

I am still wondering about the vodka and tinctures :)

Thanks again!

You can, and it's only like 6 drops I believe... but the tea seems to work better - it doesn't sting as much for one thing.

Yes but I believe you can also make this from a mix of tinctures and then

I

take lutein/xanzanthin combo, and I’ve noticed

in the past year that I’ve been taking it that I have no more floaters! Those things are so bothersome!
