Any ideas? =================================== What is the age of this child? What other health factors does this child suffer from? When was this child diagnosed with celiacs? What all does his diet consist of? Other than fiber, which lentils are very high in, they are also quite high in folate (folic acid) and phosphorous. Folic acid is tied very closely to B-12. The body needs both. Lack of folic acid will mimic B-12 deficiency. Sorry for all the questions but there is too little to go on here other than what I mentioned. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
