They are a bit tight today again and i am thinking about another treatment just to get them a bit more clear, but thought for anyone who is having a hard time breathing, if you are brave enough to try this it really helped me!Sylvia

I suspected the same thing, and have using my CS nasal wash and

doing vapor and hot shower treatments with Lavender. My sinuses

seem a little drier today than previous days, but my poor lungs are

still a bit tight and still very little voice!.

throat, or the flu....but I never hurt...just weak..took a while to

get rid of the cough.this is the main time of year I am sick, if I

am sick at all.It just hit me when my son got it frm a fren..I was

Yeah, I caught my cooties from my grandson!

And i was not resting as much as i should have the first week, or i

know i would have been better already.

I have told everyone that has this stuff, to rest, rest, rest and

stay on top of this bug so it does not get the best of you!

I've been using ST every day (several times a day)... along with DMSO and water... osha/coltsfoot/mullein... extra garlic cloves , some days collidoil silver and/or lobelia... the lobelia doesn't seem to be doing as much as the other... oh yes at night a teaspoon of raw manuka honey.. as it quiets the throat so I sleep and a good whiff of ecalyptus....
