Hi Anne,

You can continue to juice as long as you wish. My suggestion though, is

to change juices. There is nothing wrong with living on juices

predominently and eating lots of fresh raw salads and fruits. You will

only continue to feel better and better. Now if you are feeling

moderately wealthy you can do Doc's TBC or you could do Schulze's TBC

(Total Body Cleanse). However, you could also stick with just juicing

and doing the juice cleanse. Go for a 6 day one. Maybe even do some

fasting if you wish. Changing your diet to eating more raw and cutting

out the mucus forming foods and getting plenty of exercise, and drinking

lots of pure distilled or RO water with fresh lemon juice added will

help you tremendously in cleaning out the toxins, mucus and you will

just naturally lose weight without even trying.

You can do this cleanse as often as you like. Every weekend? Twice a

month? Monthly? Your choice. The more you cleanse the better you are

going to feel, the happier you will be, the more centered and focused

your going to be as well.
