Hi Eibhlin,

Normally, one would use two dropperfuls three times daily for an adult.

So using the 150 rule which would be 42/150 you would use basically one

third that amount of echinacea. I am assuming you are using a tincture.

You could give him a dropperful three times a day for a week. Then take

a week off of it and you can then go back on for a week if need be. As

for the Super Tonic, he can have as much as he can stand basically, I

would give it to him at least twice a day, morning and evening. I hope
