Very acidic stools while on round

We are on our 4th round of ALA and my dd is having similar reactions to our

last round.

She has been having 3-4 bowels movements a day for the last two days, (but

not diarrhea) and as result her privates has gotten really, really red from

pooping so much.

She does not have the yeasty looking rash she got last time (we up the

biotin to the last dose we saw some improvement), but the redness is

similar. She also has stronger smelling pee.

Her diapers look pretty wet, so it doesn't seem to be lack of fluids.

Any thoughts or ideas on what can be going on? How can I make her poos more

alkaline?
