I agree 100%. Without going through all the threads and driving my

adrenal fatgiue crazy with worrying, how can I get all the info I

need? Is there a spreadsheet/file that has it all in one place? One

that shows what to watch out for , avoid, look for, etc. when doing

chelation and or detox?
