oh, that sounds familiar...big sigh. Too often, dh shares food that

poofs her belly. Sometimes it feels more like an allergic/celiac

reaction. And sometimes it feels more like the yeast things,

especially with the sugary stuff. Sometimes it feels like both.

These food infractions can also be huge migraine triggers for her.

Causing head AND belly pain.

For her, the very first thing we Still do, migraine or no migraine,

is get out the squash. She will eat 3,4,5 of the bigger (baby food)

containers in a day for two or three days. Not Every time these

days, but often, she will also up her vitamin E intake. Self-doses,

for this one. Normally takes around 2-400iu in a day, will go up to

15-1800 in a day. Increased vitamin E, tho, seems to be reserved to

migraine-land moments.

btw, for her, (additional) supps are relatively new thing -happy

dance! :) and I am sooo liking the clo, for these type of issues.

Just feels all around helpful.
