FWIW, I would keep trying to get her off Miralax. I think even

Lactulose is a better option. I can't imagine that Miralax is okay

for anyone on a longer term basis.

Have you checked her thyroid? If not, get her doc to order Free T3,

Free T4 and TSH levels.
