Could Red checks mean yeast die off?

Completed our 1st round of DMSA this weekend. My 5 year old now has red

cheeks. Could it be yeast die off? We switched from taking Dificlan to

Nyestatin on Monday. She took Dificlan for two weeks then we switched

on Monday. She has taken Nyestatin before and no side effects.
