To be honest with you Kathy, I there are many things we humans consume,

that are pesticides. Yes, apple cider vinegar, wine vinegar, white

vinegar or any other vinegar will kill plants yes. It does readily break

down in the body to carbon dioxide and water. Acetic acid is found in

all living organisms. At 5% dilution it is considered safe for food

consumption and has been used for thousands of years by man for that

purpose, as well as others. I really don't think I would freak over it

as the amount you are using is quite a bit less than the bottle this

gentleman recommends you to try. I really don't think anyone in their

right mind would drink a whole bottle of vinegar. I am not certain

anyone could even if they tried.
