Otherwise it will be too strong detox wise. You bet, dry skin brushing twice daily (morning when you first get up and right before going to bed) in front of an open window (if possible or out doors), hot/cold showers, and hot epsom salt baths will all aid your detoxing and cleansing. As for the dry skin brushing make a habit of it and do it daily for the rest of your life. Your body and skin will literally love you for it. In a month or two you won't believe how wonderful your skin will look and feel. Having a juice for your supper is a really good idea as it will be very easy on your body and your body won't be needing to expend a ton of energy on digesting, while you are sleeping, so it can spend the energy on rebuilding and repairing instead. When you first wake up drink a large cup or glass of distilled water with lemon in it. You will find in time that the rumbling and gurgling will disappear as you cleanse more and go more raw. Supplements, hmmmm.....let's see here, if you are going to be eating lots of fresh fruits and organic green leafy veggies (not the key here is organic green leafy veggies as they are chock full of organic minerals and vitamins) then you probably won't be needing much supplementation. However, do keep up with your cal/mag for the time being and your other supplements. You might find that you won't be needing the vitamin (they are all synthetic anyway and you are much better off getting your vitamins directly from the food your eat raw). EPO is good and if you can get it hemp seed oil is very good source of EFA's. It is natures perfect blend of omegas 3 & 6. Udo didn't make this one. Do use organic EVOO too instead of any other oil for your foods unless you choose to use organic hemp seed oil but EVOO is very good for your body. Eat raw but keep it simple. Makes it a whole lot easier to stay raw if it is easy and not demanding and time consuming. There are some wonderful recipes, some take an enormous amount of prep work and time to put together and some are very easy and take very little time. I am sure it is truly wonderful to show your prowess as a raw food chef and create a six foot raw wedding cake and complete 6 course raw meal to boot. But unless you are planning on making a business out of this then my suggestion is to keep it simple and just enjoy. You want to experiment and practice that is fine have fun. Just enjoy it and truly indulge yourself in it. You won't regret being raw when you see where it will take you.
