It's very much appreciated, and hopefully, the energy is returned by all the warm thoughts that we all have when we're helped by others. I'm thinking about using diluted citrus juices, simply because I like the flavor, and right now, I think that the power of it will help me immensely. I really feel like this is a good time for me to do it. I'm motivated, and very much focused on my health, physical, mental and emotional. I'm curious to know if skin brushing, hot/cold showers and epsom baths would be a good idea during the 3-day juicing? After this cleanse, i'm going to attempt to replace one meal a day with juicing. Most likely, as I've stated, it'll be dinner, since I get home fairly late from the gym and really don't like putting heavy things into my system. I'm working on collecting some raw recipes to get me going. Right now, I'm hung up on just eating tons of fruits. The sweetness of them is curing my cravings for other processed sugars. I've only had 3 pecies of chocolate in a month (which for me, is FANTASTIC!!). I've been eating a fresh fruit salad for lunch daily (though have been eating whole grain - sprouted bread with peanut butter for breakfast). The morning, is the time I find the hardest as my stomach is just rumbling and gurguling so much, it gets painful. I'm also curious to know what vitamins/minerals/supplements/herbs etc would be very beneficial to start in on, especially with my primary goals being weight loss and mental accuity (and loss of fatigue...but i figure that will come naturally with the weight loss and detox). I currently take a multivitamin, evening primrose oil, an additional cal-mag and sometimes, ginko or another omega oil complex. I am just trying to gain as much info as I possibly can and plan out the next few weeks. I fidn that only by planning, do I stick to something and really follow through.
